What is OMEGA 3?
Decades of research has been devoted to discovering the many health benefits of Omega 3 supplementation. Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid sourced from fish oil, which is rich in EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). As humans are incapable of synthesising Omega 3, it is essential that we consume them via dietary sources. Whilst Omega 3 can be derived from fish, such as mackerel and salmon, it can be difficult to consume optimal amounts through food alone, particularly with a hectic modern lifestyle.
What is OMEGA 3 used for in the human body?
Omega 3 has a variety of functions within the human body. This includes the most basic physiological processes, such as the production of cell walls.
What are the Key Benefits?
As stated by the European Food and Safety Authority, EPA and DHA have a radically important role in cardiac health. When these two long chain fatty acids are combined, they contribute to the normal function of the heart. Additionally, we have included a source of Vitamin E to help keep you on top of your micronutrient requirements. To obtain these benefits, a daily 250mg intake of EPA and DHA is recommended, which can be met with two softgel doses of Omega 3 (containing a total of 360mg of EPA and 240mg of DHA). Omega 3 is extremely cost effective and suitable for on-the-go consumption anywhere, anytime.

omega 3 capsule is the best way to take in the good fats. It is essential for women. This capsule has no "fish"tasteGoes Well With:other vitamins like active woman
Yeah they are a good quality Omega 3 supplement. I would recommend
This product is the cheapest in the market with the same EPA and DHA content as others. Useful to take 1-3 a day. It is easier to swallow than other capsules of the same size. It comes in a transparent bottle so place it in a cupboard to avoid oxidation. The fish burps can be avoided by taking after a meal. Goes Well With:Water after a meal
just evaluate your physical activity in the amount aqcuired
I use 2, and 3 times a day. it smells a little bit fishy but not very strong like other review said. the price is good, so I will continue to use this.Goes Well With:meals
unexpected size. As the other review said " it is huge but easy to take" I can hardly smell the fish. like it.
These Omega 3 gels are a great product at a very good price.Goes Well With:Multivitamins
Take a look at the EPA and DHA contents before buying. They are one of the lowest that I have found and only noticed this once they arrived - stupid me!!! EPA 180MG and DHA 120MG. You can find brands with over 550mg of both DHA and EPA Acids which is what's important... They are slightly more expensive in comparison but you get what you pay for I suppose.
Hi ! I'm very satisfied with your service
First impressions - they are huge (like really huge) and smell like fish, which is understandable, I guess. But after 3 days of usage, I got used to them, although you may have occasional "fish burp" once in a while :) And of course, the price is on the spot. Overall, no-brainer if you need cheap and good quality Omega 3 fatty acids in your diet.
Quite big, but easy to take. Zero taste. Great price.
I think it's ah effective product and is slowly paying off although I am struggling to understand how to take themGoes Well With:Water
Great bulk buy!Goes Well With:Alpha men and any drink
Does exactly what it says on the tin. Decent price.
Capsules are quite big, but easy enough to swallow. Ideal if like me you don't get enough Omega 3 through your diet. Three a day gives 100% RDA. An easy way of getting what you need!
Great product, not going to rave on about the benefits of Omega 3, but these pills are great value for money. I take them twice a day.Goes Well With:Water
