This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Mix 30g of granola with 150ml of skimmed milk in a bowl and enjoy — it’s great for breakfast, as a snack on its own, or as a dessert with Greek yoghurt and fruit. 

What to enjoy Protein Granola with?

Our granola is an excellent start to your day, and it goes great with our Protein Breakfast Smoothie Blend, which has over 19g of protein per serving and is packed with essential vitamins.

Store in the original container in a cool and dry place. Make sure that the lid container is properly closed after use. Consume as part of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Suitable for vegetarians. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
