You wouldn't think this has like 250 calories in it and 50g protein. It is very thick and tasty! I cannot just sit down and down it in one go, which is probably the only negative for me! But that is personal preference.

I struggle with sweeteners or sugar content as it gives me dumping syndrome. Was sceptical that these ready mixed shakes would be okay but I'm now on my 4th week with no side effects. Perfect to leave in car as I work on the road 50+ hours a week so handy to keep my protein levels up.

Love this product tastes fantastic  50g of protein for just over 250kcal is an absolute no brainer.  The only negative is there’s only 2 flavours to choose from. But both chocolate and strawberry are both delicious .  Goes Well With: A balanced calorie controlled diet
