Love these to kick start the day, I have them as overnight oats with some fruit and my protein raspberry sugar free syrup, so so tasty. Goes Well With: Coffee in the morning.

I would recommend this. BUT if you’re like me and you’re lactose intolerant, mix with soy milk and heat for 1 minute. Heating it for 1 minute, stirring then heating for a further 30 seconds as per the instructions makes it a bit too thick. But the flavour is nice and it’s very filling - easy to eat if you’re still a bit full from your last meal/shake. Goes Well With: Asda own-brand soy milk (50p per litre carton)

These are one of the best flavoured Oats ever I’ve tried, they are so delicious, mixed with your favourite fruits and Boom 💥 You level up your energy!  Goes Well With: Oat milk - Banana , Green Apple, Rice Pouder, Maple Syrup, Yoghurt 

Bought this as it sounded great on the app. Tried it with milk at first, but think it mixed better with water. Great tasting and filling. Great macro's. Will definitely be buying more!!
