No doubting the effects; great kickstart. Personally, I found it better just to mix it in a small glass of water and bite the bullet. I found it ruined the taste of anything that I mixed it into; food or drink. Worth buying if you require a natural energy boost though. Effective and long lasting Goes Well With: Small glass of water; followed by another to flush !! 

Great for adding to morning smoothies as it has a really decent 200mg off caffeine per teaspoon. I also use it before the gym to give me a bit of an extra kick.
