More difficult to break down.

The previous batch of tablets was much easier to break down whilst chewing with water so will ideal. The latest match which arrived today (May 2024) more difficult to chew and stick to your teeth which makes them inferior to the previous batch.

While these are a great option for creatine intake, who thought these huge chalky tablets were a good idea? I used to buy them in capsule form where the daily dose was 4 caps a day but that option is no longer available
