Basically a wine gum, with negligible creatine content.  Each gummie only had half a gram of creatine in it. I’m a big dude, 6’1 and 100kg, I’ve been an athlete for 15 years and a fitness professional for 3 years now so I have a good understanding of how much creatine I need.  I was having to eat 12 of the things each time to get my advised dose so it last a week… even with a discount code that’s a ludicrous price for 1 weeks creatine.  Dont get them if you are serious about training. If you just want something with a pleasant taste and don’t really care about the creatine, buy a packet of sweets and gobble 12 of those a day,  it’ll have a similar effect

These creatine gummies have assisted me through the beginning on my gym journey. The information provided on packaging could not be clearer at 6 a day with effectiveness noticeable after around 1 week of daily doeses. The taste is a strong lemon taste however it would be amazing in flavours such as apple or raspberry. The only downside of these specific gummies is tgat they do come across a bit powdery.

Great product.  Just finished my first order of these and will definitely be making another. They taste amazing and are so easy to consume.  Only thing I would like is more variety of flavours.
