I got this to support my gym workout and yes, it works. It provides all the calcium and D that I need as part of my nutritional supplement. I take one in the morning and one after my dinner. Yes, the tab is a little big but I am ok with it.

Tablets are quite big so if you struggle swallowing tablets these would need to be chopped up but they’re good.

Got these as they were on offer and my tablets from a different brand were nearly finished. My goodness they are absolutely massive! I have no problem swallowing pills but these are quite difficult.  I will persevere with them, but I do not recommend to those who struggle to swallow pills and I more than likely won’t order them again.  Goes Well With: Lots of water
