What is Alfalfa Powder?
Alfalfa is a legume which has been used as a food supplement since ancient Arabic times where its translated name means "father of all foods". Because the Alfalfa plant sprouts so deeply in to the earth, it draws a vast number of minerals from the soil making it a nutritionally dense plant. Alfalfa is considered one of the richest land sources of trace minerals and provides a source of chlorophyll, vitamins, saponins, sterols, flavonoids, coumarins and alkaloids, whilst also providing protein, carbohydrates and fibre.
Alfalfa Powder is a natural plant source and contains high levels of chlorophyll which is similar in structure to Haemoglobin. Alfalfa Powder is also low in fat and sugar.
Who is Alfalfa Powder Suitable for?

I missed the alfalfa powder with other green powders in juice every morning to help with my immune system. I have had fantastic results. Good price for a great product.Goes Well With:Barely grass and Wheatgrass
This product is unflavoured and so doesn't taste great and also can be a little difficult to mix of you haven't got the know how.... BUT Make it up into a paste with a little fruit juice and then top up with water it tastes fine and mixes fine. Plus, the benefits I've noticed (especially for digestion) have been brilliant. Top quality product for a remarkably good price!!! Goes Well With:Fruit juice, water and bit of know how.
May sound crazy but if mix with soya or almond milk and 2 heaped teaspoons of bran, warm in microwave omg it's gorgeous, but mix well before warming otherwise lumpy. Filling
"The powder when mixed into water on its own does not taste good. However what it lacks in flavour, is made up tenfold by its effectiveness. I have used roughly 3g daily (two small MP scoops) and have found a vast increase in energy levels. It seems to act like an energy shot, though a much healthier option. I started noticing a difference around two weeks after started using it. I have also used it to cure many a hangover (not intended use but equally effective). In short I'd recommend this product to anyone who feels their performance is lacking due to dipping energy levels, and at £19.99 - its well worth the money. Give it a try!"
