Have been taking these religiously for the last three months and even the hair dresser has complimented me on the change in my hair! Thicker, longer, shinier! As for my skin, I'm not even breaking out during 'that time of the month'.  And my BIAB nails can't go longer than two weeks because of the growth.  I've always had chubby stumpy main nails! I really love the concept of these and ordered some as soon as I saw the reviews! They taste great and definitely enjoyed taking these over a whole case of supplement pills. However after taking these consistently for two weeks, I started getting stomach cramps and my IBS flared up. I didn't link it to the vits until I forgot to take them over the weekend and my stomach is now significantly better. Great option for those with a strong gut but unfortunately not for me :(
