This top is a must wear it on its own or over base layer top give you the freedom to do all exercises its light unlike my other hoodies doesnt start sticking to you when you start sweating

I've just used this for my first time in the gym, it's really cosy and quite a decent lightweight hoody. I went for an XL which is slightly loose around the chest on me, as I tend to go for large however it sits perfectly on the shoulders. Goes Well With: Rugby shorts
