Not too bad
4After reading mixed reviews I was unsure what to expect from these noodles but I found them to actually be an OK substitute to noodles/pasta - I actually had them with bolognaise sauce and although you can taste the difference, the taste isn't offensive and they made a perfect substitute to carb loaded pasta - they filled me up like pasta would. Although there was a slight fishy smell it wasn't overpowering and disappeared once the noodles were rinsed and you definitely couldn't taste it when they were cooked. All in all a perfect substituteGoes Well With:Bolognaise or any type of pasta/noodle sauce

Great stir-fry noodles!
5These are like a glass noodle that you might have in a Thai or Korean stir fry dish. Combined with vegetables and a good sauce, they're perfect. They really help give you the impression that you've just had a really big meal. I tend to eat two packs at a time. Highly recommended!Goes Well With:Curry-based sauce, stir fry, vegetables

Bland but amazing
5These noodles have no flavor, but absorb it wonderfully from anything you add to them. The portion sizes are a bit too small for my liking, so I usually use 2 packages at a time, but I absolutely love them.Goes Well With:Tomato sauce and mince

Great substitute
5I use at least one packet of these a day as a substitute for noodles. They are great at bulking out any dish with a sauce even just a bit of soy sauce. It is hard to rate them on flavour as they don't have much in the way of flavour they just absorb the flavour of the ingredients they are paired with. I wouldn't suggest eating them plain. They are very easy to prepare take them out the packet rinse them thoroughly and chuck them into whatever dish you are preparing. Highly recommend for anyone trying to lose weight or anyone who wants to bulk out their meals with the texture of pasta but not the calories.Goes Well With:Any sauce, in a soup, stir fry etc.

Good but didn't agree w/me
3I did like these noodles but honestly the didn't agree with me and when I read up a bit more on konjac I saw it does make you feel full but also can result in undesirable bowel movements and such... for me, I just had the most awful stomach pains a couple hours later and lasted 12 or more hours.. it was bad enough to keep waking me up in the middle of the night. I think these are excellent for some people especially given the macros but honestly just be careful how much you eat/try them a little bit first because you may like me find that it makes you feel unwell.. read recommendations for the amount of WATER to consume with them as well. I will consider still trying different shapes e.g. the spaghetti but I think the plant may just not agree with me.Goes Well With:chicken :)

Positive
4They obviously don't taste like normal noodles and have a slightly artificial texture but once mixed with sauce and meat etc this is easily covered up and you find yourself eating a delicious noodle dish with brilliant macros. Great way to eat clean whilst making your body think you are cheating. Goes Well With:Coconut milk, spice, and all forms of protein

Effective, and filling
5I bought these as a healthier version of microwave noodles, as my job has long hours, and only has a microwave. They're quite handy for this, as I can take a packet of noodles, and something to go with them (normally mackerel, or tuna), and they are really easy to prepare. All you need to is drain the water, and stick them in a microwave for a minute. They don't look as good as they taste, as there is no real colour to them, but that's not really the point of the product. It's sugar free, and fat free, so they're brilliant for a carb cutting meal. Also, at 100g per pack, they're also surprisingly filling! I have a packet at around noon with a small tin of mackerel and that fills me quite comfortably until the next meal. To conclude, a filling, healthy snack option if you're looking to cut down on carbs, or are just looking for a low calorie alternative for weight loss.Goes Well With:Anything that you would have with any other kind of noodle
