I did not expect to like them and I kept them in the cupboard for a while. Summer came in earnest and the summer body was still nowhere to be found. Decided to give these ago and was amazed. I did not smell any expected strange smell when I opened the packet. I rinse 2 packets in a sieve, pour in some boiling water and some chicken stock and cook in the microwave for a few minutes. I rinsedagain and then add to whatever sauce I have made. My favourite is chilli pesto with bacon and vegetables. And then I eat half and store half for another day. Try it. Ordered a few more boxes. I'm on a diet plan so having pasta alternatives helps me to bulk out my meals without blowing my daily allowances. I wasn't too keen on these at 1st as they are not like the normal stuff, I persisted with them though and I love them now. They are chewy and have an odd smell but once you get used to this they're great. I've tried all the different shapes. I think noodles are best folpowed by rice and the lasagna sheets were pretty good too. Goes Well With: A variety of dishes

I like to use these to bulk out meals when I want to keep carbs low or use them on something tasty like cake! They are effective in my diet for filling me up without the wheat trigger too. Goes Well With: Turkey meatballs in broth and veggies

I really had no hopes for this product, but it can be a life saver! Just add soy or a more elaborate dressing and you've got yourself a meal. They are really awesome for adding volume to any meal. The fact that they are prepacked is convinient as well.

I prefer this to the myfettucine anyday. Its not real noodles agreed but it helps volumise my food so much. And once flavoured, you are not gonna complain of the taste. And its literally 3.5 fiber per pack which is nothing. Awesome product. Happy man here. Goes Well With: Chicken, prawn, pretty much any curry or stir fry.
