I just wish I didn’t spend my money on this 2.5 kg and I’ve had one shake out of it which tastes absolutely vile 

Yeah, what's better than a chocolate milkshake...? One that isn't the My Protein mix one.. powdery, impossible to mix, creates lumps, settles within seconds... I've tried numerous other flavours and this is without a doubt the worst that they sell. if you like the feeling of gargling with a sand infused drink, then by all means go for it, but don't say I didn't warn you... taste is ok, but everything else screams AVOID THE CHOCOLATE....

I have been having one of these shakes for breakfast and one for lunch for some years now, got on perfectly well with them, and kept in shape. At some point, however, they've changed the flavours and consistency, and not for the better. The shakes are now simply disgusting. I have just got a batch of bags I'm going to have to throw out because I just can't get them down. Goes Well With: Shopping for an alternative that won't make you physically sick

Very bland, doesn’t mix particularly well but does work for weight loss

So I got this as a change from the diet impact whey I normally get due to the price. I’ve had slower Amazon Prime next day deliveries so can’t complain about the upgrade to RM next day delivery! The mixing seemed good, no lumps. The taste is nothing like the impact diet whey and definitely has a pea je ne sais qoui that I don’t think would put me off but isn’t going to see me have this to stave off a sweet tooth craving. I think I’ll go back to the impact whey once I’ve finished this (which at 25 servings in 2.5kg bag won’t be long).  Goes Well With: Water
