I give overall 10 stars out of five. I recommend this product to anyone who is not only malnourished on any level of minerals and/or vitamins, but ANYONE living outside of any rainforest or a healthy countryside farm, in a civilized larger or smaller cities all over the world. We all know, to society's certain level of nutritional consciousness, that nowadays all plants are malnourished on any significant elements due to salinization side effect of the soil by using pesticides and to pesticides similar products. Ever since over time, we have become "dependant" on nutritional supplementation. On this planet we have approx. 7 billion of unique individuals with different needs on nutrition. But in the end, EVERYBODY ALIVE needs their body to be nourished properly. I think, and based on my own long-term experience, I believe, this product obviously doesn't substitute regular "proper" daily meals, but what Vegan Superfood Blend definitely does is it boosts (maybe even SuperBoosts, because I feel everyday SuperPumped) your nutritional ladder. Horrible flavor. Doesn't dissolve well, can fill the powder, even after adding much water. Would not recommend to any body

I got the banana flavour and its so gross, it tastes like expired cough medicine. To be fair creating a vegan protein is probably really hard but this is really bad :( It doesn't mix well, its all frothy and chalky and it doesn't taste like banana at all.

After reading previous negative reviews about taste, the most likely ingredient everyone is complaining about is Spirulina. I dare anyone to mix a teaspoon of pure Spirulina with only water and drink it. It is pretty grim! But has so many benefits going for it. Blended in to this shake it becomes as bearable as it can be (for me) and masking it further isn't exactly difficult. I find drinking it when mixed only with water a little difficult, so I generally mix with coconut water, fruit juice or blend up with water, ice and some banana and berries. The benefits from this Superfood Blend outweigh the negatives in my opinion. Yes it can be a little chalky and doesn't exactly taste heavenly, but it is one of the better blends out there for those who want a protein boost without relying on Whey, whilst also getting a load more benefits from the other ingredients. Goes Well With: Coconut Water / Fruit Juice / or added to a smoothie.
