I have been using these for around 6 months. When I stopped using them I noticed that I sweat less when I work out and it take a little longer to shift a few pounds. I have a regular diet so can tell after a few weeks if certain additions make a difference or not. These do certainly help to burn the calories, a good sweat after a workout. Goes Well With: water

Got not take 4 at one go. Took two before and two soon after a work.  Still waiting to see any results. Goes Well With: Work or a shake.

I have only taken them 1 once so far so can't comment on fat loss but I actually bought them as they were showing good for engery and I must say they certainly helped with that, Normally I work up a sweat at bootcamp but last night I was pouring and the energy I had was so much better definitely recommend based on this
