The orange tastes far better than the rainbow candy but both have these awful after tastes and the little floating bits do not help at all. Took this before my workout today and did nothing would rather stick to blue raspberry

After having this lovely pre workout, i honestly thought i could outlift superman and the rock combined. Felt like i was buzzing me lil nips off for a good hour or two after my gym sesh.

This preworkout is great in terms of performance, you can feel the energy and pump. Orange and mango is the best flavour, rainbow candy also tastes good but sour gummy bear not the best, but all flavours have one issue which leaves tiny yellow pieces floating around after mixing, I hope MyProtein can improve the mixability. Note: if they could add 1g of GlycerSize that would be amazing. Goes Well With: 300ml Water This has 1.5g of betaine anhydrous, I usually add another 1.5 grams which improves energy and reduces fatigue.

Seemed fine I just don’t think I’m a pre workout person, I’ve tried others before and I just don’t seem to drink it
