After the first bottle nothing much was happening but I decided to give it another chance and ordered a second. About halfway through this one I started noticing a difference and by the end was definitely making gains - so I've ordered a third.

"i have taken almost half a tub now and not noticed any significant changes which is unusual for me as my body is particually responsive to supplements usually.
