I mix this in with my morning smoothie for a vitamin top up when cutting. Blends in well and tastes good.

Looks like a great ingredients list to help keep me healthy. If I have too much my face skin goes a bit orange, so it must be getting into me and those ingredients maybe having some good effects for my nutritional profile. Goes Well With: 3g scoop in my protein and supplement powders drink stirred into warm water with a fork, not a spoon.
