I find this product good on my porridge in the morning together with the inulin. I hope they are benefiting me but they do add flavour to my breakfast. I think they are worth the money, they last a long time and arrive very quickly in the post. Goes Well With:Breakfast cereals
What is missing from Superfood XS that I would like to see added is DigeZyme ® & Bioperine ®. Most of the other 'Green Foods' contain these. Otherwise I would give 5 stars. Goes Well With:Other 'flavoured' powdered supplements. Any protein shake to make a more rounded regime, not forgetting a good A-Z multi.
I cannot tell it make me feel good but I just take it as it has many good ingredients. Taste is OK and mix well. I add to my smoothie.nice.Goes Well With:smoothie
I really like this product as it helps me get the extra fruit and veg in that I need along with the super greens! RecommendedGoes Well With:Impact whey Protein
I bought this after the BBC program on aging, as my mum had Alzheimer's, and if there's a chance it can help prevent me getting it, I'm willing to give it a go. I'll report back in about 30 years on effectiveness!! Tastes pretty good, quite sweet and fruity. I add it to yoghurt. Goes Well With:Yoghurt
I bought the Superfood XS following the BBC programme on ageing which suggested increasing the intake of blueberries is good for brain health. I could not find an additive containing blueberries alone so settled for this. The taste is not marvelous but it mixes well with breakfast porridge. Whether it is doing any real good is vfar too early to say, but one lives in hope!Goes Well With:Porridge
Very happy with my purchase, arrived very swiftly, am using in shakes after a run and on my porridge in the morning!! Goes Well With:Porridge Shakes
Arrived on time. I have no idea how 'effective' it is. How should I know something like that? You need a double-blind trial of a large number of randomly-selected subjects. Goes Well With:Yoghurt
Good product for the price and excellent if you don't like taking pills all the time. Taste is bitter but not too harsh if you mix it with Tropical flavour Nutri Greens.Goes Well With:Tropical flavour Nutri Greens
The product mixes well, there are just "bits" left in your drink which doesn't bother me. I've gave it 5 starts for effectiveness but that's hard to really gauge as its just to help make sure j get enough veg in the day. Overall it's a fantastic product and I will be buying it again.
I have a tendency to completely avoid any types of healthy eating with fruit and vegetables. I guess this is a simpler way of getting those nutrients in without having to munch stalks of celery, little forests of broccoli and such. On it's own it tastes like raspberries, once water is added it doesn't mix that well but keep it to a small amount of water and down it and theres no problems.
Great product, even better that it came free with my order! 😀Goes Well With:I tend to mix it in with my nutribullet shakes in the morning!
Says exactly what it says, used for a few weeks and I feel more alert after training. Good product, would recommend.
Gives me all the goodness I sometimes just cannot get with a active shift job
It's red powdery stuff, tastes fine, mixes well with water / juice. No noticeble extra super powers as of yet.
Despite some reviews I can honestly say that the tropical flavour is really nice. Mixed with chocolate protien powder it is even better, although I would say the colour on its own could be off putting. Luckily my shake bottle is grey so I cant see the green colour, but as I say it tastes really nice. 3 scoops is about the 7.5 gramme suggested and I would say it easier to use if you pour the mixture from the bag it comes in to a screw top jar if you can. Pleased with results so far, more alert it seems and haven't had to have as many mid day power naps since using it.
I've been using something similar for a while and you deffinately feel the benefits of this type of supplement. This one (unflavoured) tastes fine on its own with water or mixed with protein. I'm not sure why others have said it tastes horrible i don't tend to swill sups around in my mouth like a fine wine, just down them in one go. That way your tongue doesn't get a chance to taste it! It mixes as well as any other powdered supplement and doesn't really taste of anything but then again it's only a 5g serving mixed with protein. It tends to make you feel more alert during the day but so would eating lots of fruit and veg daily. I don't have time to munch through a ton of fruit & veg every day so this fills the gap.
I ordered it twice now and was not disappointed. Plus ------ I really like the mixture myprotein has put together here, there are some of the best superfoods with amazing benefits in there. It tasted really good mixes good as well. One thing that I also noted is that my pump was really great even without my usual citruline malate I guess it might come from the red wine extract . Minus -------- It is not organic It is expensive Goes Well With:Empty stomach
I add this to my shakes with total Nutri-Greens. It doesn't taste bad in a shake at all. I haven't tried it on its own with water as I see it as part of my "meals". I started using Superfood XS 4 weeks ago alongside the total nutri-greens and I feel better and less bloated.
This is simply not very nice to drink in water. I've only found it tolerable mixed in with porridge. It quickly separates out when mixed in water leaving little granules at the bottom. I won't be buying this again. I'm not sure what it's supposed to be for, the term 'superfood' is pretty meaningless. I think one of the most useful part of fruit and veg are that they contain fibre and I fail to see how ground up powdered 'super foods' contains any fibre.
