Suggested Use

Protein contributes to the growth & maintenance of muscle mass, so to reap the benefits of this product we recommend adding 1 1/4 large scoops (30g) to 150-250ml of water or milk in a Myprotein shaker 30 minutes before and/or after your workout. I really enjoy the taste of strawberry cream protein powder, just by adding some water it tastes like strawberry pudding! So creamy and soft! I purchased the unflavored soy isolate too, very good for making protein pancakes and smoothies. I will definitely repurchase after I finish them.

This protein powder has surprised me, to say the least, as the previous purchase of the vegan blend has been a complete disaster. This protein powder mixes very well with any liquid, slight issue is that you require a bit more liquid than if you were going to use whey, much like casein protein powder, but this isn't a problem once you get used to knowing how much you need to add. Next, the taste of this product is what blew me away. I can honestly say that I taste no difference between the whey isolate and this soy protein powder. The only complaint I have about the flavour is that there isn't such a variety of flavours to pick from like there is on impact whey (understandable - less demand). If there was one flavour that i would really want to see in this blend, it would be the white chocolate flavour (as long as that one is vegan by itself), I think that just by myself, I'd bring enough profit to the company of this flavour was to be implemented.

Just received my Soy Protein Isolate. Was overcome with excitement. I've been using the Whey Isolate......excellent stuff. But I was seduced by the thought of no bloating alongside my gains. Hence said excitement. I added the water, my little (soon to be bigger?) biceps rippling as I shook the shake bottle as hard as I could......then realised the powder had sucked up the amount of water that I would have added the the whey, and turned to unset cement. I added more water.....it loosened up marginally. Lost my temper and added more.....bingo! I'm just the kind of girl who doesn't enjoy a tall milkshake, etc. I've got the chocolate smooth and it's not that chocolatey. I do feel for the people who've ordered the unflavored. Oh well, better get drinking....

Myprotein has always helped be a better person than I was a day before. It helps me go that extra mile which differentiate me from others. It has never let me down. It has always lived up to the expectations. I have been using it for a long time now. There is nothing wrong in being a fat person but being fat invites a lot of diseases with it. And the worst part is that you don't even realise it until it's too late. Last year I started getting serious about fitness. I bought the 2.5 kg of chocolate smooth and was pleasantly surprised at how good the flavor is! This is without doubt the worst product of all time. How they can get away with advertising this for human consumption is beyond me. I projectile commuted after 20 minutes of trying not to after 1 scoop of the strawberry one. Was refused a refund after phoning up. I hope everyone sees this message and no-one ever buys this product again.i would have genuinely found cement easier to drink. It's not fit for rats never mind humans.

As a Vegan I worried about what the protein tasting awful as that is what I'd heard, but I was very surprised as to how creamy it tasted and how filling it is. I mix mine with Vegan BCAA and it mixes really well. It tastes great with Water or Soya/Almond milk which is great. The advantage of high protein value and low carbohydrate value is something that you would really find hard to come by with any Whey protein. Great value.

I bought this as a vegan substitute to whey isolate but it's simply far too difficult to mix. I recommend using a blender as otherwise you end up with a thick, almost cement-like mixture, however this isn't viable for anywhere other than home. Lesson learned: stick to whey isolate.

I have tried various non whey non dairy proteins in the past and they haven’t always tasted very pleasant which has made using them on a daily basis hard to adhere to, this soy based protein however is different than the others I have tried and actually tastes nice in the chocolate version, it mixes easily in water to form a thick dense shake which I find works well to keep me full between meals when on my fat loss phases. This product works great and is allowing for gains in strength and lean muscle mass similar to any whey or casein I have tried in the past. I've tried the whey protein, vegan blend and soy isolate from MP and this is by far my favorite one. It is thick so will require proper mixing and more water than other proteins. The taste (chocolate) is phenomenal. Always forward to having my cold shake after the workout. Can be a bit filling due to how thick it is but i don't mind that. Also , the nutritional profile is the best! For this price, i don't see why i'd switch to other brands.
