I bought this after my PT suggested it as I kept waking up in the night hungry. I have it just before bed and it works a treat. I don’t wake up at all, the slow release protein keeps me full and I sleep all night. It tastes great and has a nice thick consistency.  Goes Well With: Rice Krispies

The product took a lot of work to mix. On this occasion, I tried chocolate, which tasted better than vanilla. As for its efficacy, who knows? Goes Well With: Milk
