Great taste (Chocolate Smooth), I use it for breakfast after the gym. 2.5 scoops, 2.5 scoops real oats, 1 scoop Instant Oats plus blueberries, a small banana and ice. Then into the Nutribullet. Easy to drink and works for me. Goes Well With: Instant Oats helps for a thicker shake.

This product is great for post workout, combination of carbs, protein, creatine, vitamins and minerals. It is however the worst tasting MyProtein product I’ve ever had. It’s a shame as it’s got all the right ingredients, but I would never buy this again.  Goes Well With: Anything that can over power the awful taste.

Each scoop weighs 50g so you don’t need 2 1/2 scoops for 90 grams. Got the chocolate smooth and it tastes kinda rank but it’s protein so who cares
