My partner brought these last year and gave me some to try out. Along with my weekly healthy diet and work out routines. this product worked a treat. And got lots of compliments. I stopped using them when they ran out (Then Christmas came!). I've brought my own and some daily vitamins to give me that bit of extra support in losing weight and being healthy for this new year! Large tablets so not the easiest to swallow, no taste just burp raspberry for the day. No other side effects so all good! A big thumbs up! Everyone should remember that nothing is a mirical and just taking the tablets won't work! Consider exercise and eating a heathy balanced diet!

Been taking one before my cardio session pre workout and then one later on in day. Haven't seen and differences. Will be able to see towards end of the pot then see if were any effects.

I am using these alongside impact diet whey, green tea extract and a high protein, low carb diet. So I cannot tell whether it is these that are helping but either way I am seeing results so I am satisfied!
