Suggested Use

To make your own protein packed pancakes simply add 2 large scoops (50g) to 100-150ml milk or water and mix together. Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add a small amount of oil/butter then reduce to a medium heat and add the batter to the pan and cook. Myprotein has always helped be a better person than I was a day before. It helps me go that extra mile which differentiate me from others. It has never let me down. It has always lived up to the expectations. I have been using it for a long time now. There is nothing wrong in being a fat person but being fat invites a lot of diseases with it. And the worst part is that you don't even realise it until it's too late. Last year I started getting serious about fitness. I bought the 2.5 kg of chocolate smooth and was pleasantly surprised at how good the flavor is! The protein mixes easily in milk or water and didn’t make my stomach bloat or irritate my already sensitive digestive system. It has 21g of protein per 25g serving. The unflavoured protein mix is the best. I add in a few spoonfuls of cinnamon to the mix and it tastes great. I have added cocoa powder to make them chocolatey.. I have also added vanilla essence before. Bottom line is unflavoured is better to mix with any other natural flavours of your choice - much better than any unhealthy artificial powder flavours they add in that make it taste too sweet or fake.. I really recommend.

Doesn't need to taste so sweet. The concept and base taste is lovely. I want a couple of these as a side of some scrambled eggs. I only use a half scoop of two of these babies. Won't be buying another bag of this - might try another flavour (if the have them)

This makes some great tasting high protein pancakes when just mixed with water and fried in some fry light one calorie spray, I tried the chocolate and maple versions as well as unflavoured, all are nice and cook well without burning or drying out like some other versions that I have tried before. I feel that they make for a great muscle building meal or breakfast and can be served with sugary free syrup if dieting or almond, cashew or peanut butter if bulking and aiming to add lean mass. This stuff is amazing. I just buy the plain version and have the pancakes as a savoury meal. Great with poached eggs and ham or bacon and sugar free MP maple syrup. I eat them almost every day! Big thumbs up!

I am happily surprised at how good it tastes. It was a risk ordering 5 kg, but the cost savings was worth trying... I also like how easily soluble it is in water. It stirs right in while other brands clump and stays at the surface. I'm using whey protein for gaining lean muscle and this is giving me the result. I would strongly recommend it to everybody.

This Pancake Mix makes some great tasting protein breakfast treats, i find it sometimes better to use a lower volume of water or milk when mixing to make a thicker mix which makes them easier to cook and forms thicker pancakes, these taste awesome in the maple syrup and golden syrup flavours, both are quite strong and sweet in flavour and make for a great tasting high protein breakfast meal. Due to these being high in protein they are quite satisfying compared to regular pancakes, they are slightly drier but this is not an issue as they can be topped with some sugar free syrups to make them easier to consume and further add to the awesome taste. Bought this to go with my LOVE of american style pancakes. Thought it was the perfect solution to cravings. Was very wrong. Mixes very well and easy to cook but the resulting pancakes are spongy and like eating a memory foam innersole. Unfortunately had to throw most of the packet away.
