I've tried most of these meals and this is one of the nice ones. With these meals I've found that a pinch of pink salt or splash of light soy sauce goes a long way to making this a standard meal to a really tasty one. There is a bit of heat to this but it's no nandos when it comes to periperi taste... they're also a little bit "soupy" for my liking so I usually add some protein pasta to "thicken" the meal a bit - however it might just be me that is put off by the soupyness as my boyfriend prefers it. It's very satisfying on its own (and I'm absolutely stuffed if I've had the pasta too!) but my boyfriend usually has this with a shake and a bar afterwards to feel the same satisfaction..

Nice flavour but worry about the quality of Chicken when it comes from Brazil and Tailand. Why not use British. Goes Well With: Everything

These meals are amazing. I do mobile work and was really struggling to get a good healthy meal that was low in fat and high in protein. In other reviews people have said about the taste not being great. I found them to be brilliant. Defiantly will be buying again

So I'm a bit of a wimp when it comes to spice. This is close to being too hot for me but the flavours are lovely!definitely recommend.

Working in a town where you are surrounded by unhealthy food options at lunchtime, these ready meals are a god send. I was quite skeptical at first as to whether they would taste of much and whether i'd be left feeling hungry afterwards. Having tried all of the chicken varieties i have to say this is my 2nd favourite behind the Thai Chicken. There is good flavour and a decent level of spice. I first tried these pouches on there own but i was left feeling a little hungry afterwards, i know have them with a plain microwave rice and that keeps me full until dinner time. I'd highly recommend these to anyone who doesn't have a lot of time at lunch or dinner but still wants to eat something good for them. The price point is decent and usually works out cheaper than your supermarket meal deals. Goes Well With: Any Rice.
