Excellent macros for if your caught out and about without a proper meal

I think the main downside to this product is that taste is lacking - some flavours are too sweet and others taste quite artificial. Despite this, 38g of protein in one cookie is insane, and very useful for a high protein goal. I would recommend them for this reason, as taste can also be masked by ice cream/yogurt. Overall a good product, however not the tastiest that MyProtein has on offer. Goes Well With: Ice cream

I love the MyProtein cookies. Sometimes can be a bit chewy but nonetheless the best tasting protein snack available and great amount of protein for the amount of calories.
