I use this before leg days at the gym (because there is no pain like leg day) and I've never pushed myself harder. Difficult to tell if the excessive sweating was a side effect of the pre-workout or because of the superhuman effort being put in! I think this product is a great starting point for someone wanting to try pre-workout, as 150mg of caffeine per serving will ease you in better than some 300mg products.
