I can’t understand why myprotein changed this perfect product. Everybody was pleased with it, and hate the non resolvable powder! A shame. Will need  to look for another brand. This product is excellent it doesn’t mix very well because if you mix it slowly it turns into a jelly which you can swallow so you have to mix it quickly in a small amount of water and drink it in one. This product is excellent if you have sluggish bowels because it makes you regular as long as you keep using it. Goes Well With: Water

This powder is the bomb it keeps we regular without bloating and wind. I have recommended this product to all my family and they all swear by it. Thanks My Protein.

I just throw this into my morning shake with protein powder, flaxseed, superfoods soya milk and some fruit. Just bung it in a blender- you won't know the psyllium is there!! Goes Well With: Protein shake

I've tried ground psyllium husk before and I like it more than whole husks but this product is too fine for me., Hard to mix it with or without a shaker and leaves chunks in the glass (if you couldn't swallow the rest) which are nearly impossible to remove. Its brown color was unexpected for me also. If this would be less fine, maybe between powder and whole it should be better in my opinion. Goes Well With: I was afraid to try...
