My protein company shared today how much protein intake is necessary for an individual. The U.S. Department of Agriculture guidelines recommend a protein intake of 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. Bodybuilders and athletes need more than this baseline amount. Heavy lifters might need as much as 2 grams per kilogram -- almost a gram per pound -- for optimal muscle growth. While protein isn't the only macronutrient you need for bodybuilding, it's essential to the process. Proteins are the bricks with which your body builds muscle.
My protein supplements are essential nutrient for human body. They are one of the building blocks of body tissue.Dream to be a fitness model or bodybuilder then my protein supplements are sufficient. Best time to take protein after a workout is one to get protein into the body so that the protein can be delivered to your muscles, to begin healing the "micro tears" (very small tears in the muscle tissue, caused by intense contraction of the muscle during workout) in the muscle.Because solid food takes more time to digest and to break down the protein and send it to the muscles, it can be best to take a protein shake immediately following a workout, since protein shakes only take about 30 minutes to reach the muscle after ingestion. Definitely, we can see the advantage to taking a protein shake in this instance.
My protein supplements are simply the best.Protein is a component of every cell in your body. In fact, hair and nails are mostly made of protein. Our body uses it to build and repair tissue. We need it to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. It is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood. Whey, isolate, casein works well. Thanks

In order to decipher which protein is best for a particular need, typically one would use a specific gauge of some sort to determine which protein to use.
My protein may be surprising, but it is a scientific fact that your body cannot effectively burn and use fat as energy if it doesn’t have help from either carbohydrate or protein. As you are losing weight, your body loses both muscle and fat. During this process it is especially important that you continue to eat enough protein in your diet. Pea protein works well to provide essential muscle building amino acids due to being a complete protein, for more enhanced effects i find it best to use in combination with some soy protein isolate and hemp protein, by using more than one source you are able to provide a more optimal balance of amino acids to the muscle. Overall taste is not the greatest but easily solved by using some flavour drops or combining with some flavoured soy protein which is why i recommend it. Colour can also be a little off putting, other than this it works great and is a complete muscle building protein that is a great alternative to dairy sources. if you found value in my review then please use my referral code geoff - rdt (no space in between dash and letters) and all in capital letters at checkout for 33% off. Goes Well With:water soy protein isolate

Along with fat and carbohydrates, protein is a "macronutrient," meaning that the body needs relatively large amounts of it. Vitamins and minerals, which are needed in only small quantities, are called "micronutrients." But unlike fat and carbohydrates, the body does not store protein, and therefore has no reservoir to draw on when it needs a new supply. I used this referral code and got 33% of on every purchase. I have tried vegan blend (which I loved) & some gross Bulk flavoured proteins (which I couldn't stand) before, and I have to say that this pea protein is the best in terms of value for money and taste. I just blend it up with banana and water to make a thick, creamy protein shake (kinda like a yoghurt). The taste is probably a little strange (it's not sweet), but it mixes pretty well if you have a banana or other ingredient, and has a nice texture. It's good with almond milk, but I wouldn't have it with just water. It's also really good in baked goods. For the cost, it's effective and good quality. This is 100% my go-to now. Would recommend.Goes Well With:Banana, almond milk, cookie/bar recipes.
Do you know how rabbit food smells like? That is exactly how this tastes. Mixes OK though if you let it sit in the water for a good 30 mins before consumption. The price is pretty good though, and if you are able to drink it, you get a good value.Goes Well With:water & a strong stomach
Hey my friends, fitness lovers be aware.Everyone is giving fake reviews by saying that you will get 85 percent discount and all. But all reviews are fake. I used this referral code 'mohit - r4p' in capital letters and no space in between and got 33 percent discount for life time. This code is genuine and done by honest reviewer. THANKS.
So I have to be honest, I have a good tolerance to flavour, but this protein shake is probably the worst thing I've ever tasted, it's definitely stomach-able, and the more I've been using it the easier it is to drink, but it does taste bad, there is no escaping that fact. I tried mixing it with honey, milk, bananas, mango, anything to change the taste, but in the end I found it easiest to just deal with the natural flavour, mixing it makes all kinds of crazy weird tangs. All that being said, this is the price you pay for being vegan and to be honest it's very minimal, just drink it up and picture a jolly farm filled with happy animals.Goes Well With:Water, and then just follow it up with something you enjoy.
Disgusting, and doesn't mix well at all! Tried cooking with it, mixing half and half with flavoured protein powder, adding coffee to a shake but it ruined the lot. Cheap and decent nutritional values. But def do not recommend Goes Well With:F**k all
I have tried all the vegan protein powder here and i have to say that this is my favourite in that it tastes alot better than the other ones and alot cheaper too. The only problem is i find it a bit salty but nonetheless it is a great protein powder and i will buy again.Goes Well With:Water, almond milk, soy milk, frozen fruits
Was after a cheap source of protein powder and picked up 2.5kg for half the price almost of Whey equivalent. Taste is a tad illuminating but nothing to bad if mixed with some flavour. It's really thick mixture though, so need around 300ml water per scoop. Been using for a month on a cut to help hit macros , all in all very pleasant surprise always used whey past 20yrs. No wind or stomach issues plus I believe you get a healthy dose Vitamin D Don't mix with a multivitamin powder though, taste is revolting.Goes Well With:Cashews, blueberries , chocolate powder, pineapple
Best Vegan protein on the market, yes i agree it taste horrible if just taken with water but mix it with anything and you hardly taste it. no gas no bad stomach just a great product, been using it for 3 years now.Goes Well With:blueberries, strawberries, bananas, dates, oat milk.
Good quality stuff, makes you full ideal before workout when you don't want to eat heavy before but don't want to be empty working out. However the taste.... i tried at first alone 200ml water and 30 grams scoop of it. Nope the pea protein makes it really thick creamy and tastes like peas smells like peas, you need to add more water. For now im drinking it with 1 banana, 1 scoop of cocao, 1 scoop of maca powder, and bit cinnamon, but even then you still feel the pea taste so i add a bit cranberry juice. But each sip is on the edge of throwing up, horrible taste for me but if you love pea taste then it will be perfect for you. Goes Well With:1 banana, 1 scoop of cocao, 1 scoop of maca powder, and bit cinnamon + a bit of cranberry juice
This used to be my all-time favorite protein, I consumed it by the kilo. I think it had (hopefully has?) an excellent taste. Unfortunately with the last batch I ordered something seems off. The powder smells slightly burned, and tastes equally 'coal-y', a bit like a potato left in the oven for too long. I haven't opened a second bag yet, but since all of them have the same expiration date I assume they come from the same batch. It is still edible, and is chemically probably the same. But I felt like the change in taste required my feedback.Goes Well With:Vegetables
it doesn't taste great but blending it with fruit(at least bananas and/or dates) makes it nice. and it's cheap. i'm pretty happy with it.Goes Well With:banana's and dates
