very good product, would recommend

Really good stuff. This isn't just restricted to smoothies either. I already consume enough protein in my diet but I've made some really delicious v. low sugar jams with this, and it's really good in baking too. It will thicken up almost anything, meaning that you can use less flour and therefore is really good for cutting down on extra calories. This is (semi?) whole husks i.e. not a powder.

very versatile, good in smoothies, baking, low kcal jams, etc
