The taste of this cacao is amazing, it's not too bitter. It mixes really easy and is perfect for when one is craving chocolate. It also makes the most delicious hot chocolate, It's like a hug in a mug. Highly recommend this product! Goes Well With: Soy Protein Isolate, making the best high protein hot chocolate.
