I love my choc really dark, and these buttons are just that. 100% cocoa, not for the faint hearted - bitter and delicious. I eat them straight out of the bag. But you could melt them into baking, porridge, warm milk etc etc. If you had a sweet base they would be just a nice chocolate hit. Literally solid cocoa. Yum. I add these to my porridge, along with whey isolate and some peanut butter powder. Yummy!
