Nice to see MP releasing higher quality products, this is a higher quality omega 3 with good doses of EPA and DHA and is better than taking 10 plus pills a day of there other products to get good doses. Will be buying this one in future. 4 pills and you can get 3200mg of proper omega 3 daily  They’re big but they’re easy to swallow, don’t be intimidated ;) Goes Well With: Water
