I have been using this product for more than two years now. For me, this is one of the most important supplements you can take to boost your performance along with creatine and caffein. I have tried similar products from other companies and nothing compares to the effectiveness of this one by MyProtein. I usually take in about 30 minutes before my workout with some caffein and by the time I get to the gym, I already have a pump. It helps with vascularity too if you are into that short of thing. Also, if you are a guy, this product will make your erections rock hard, no joke. When I first started taking this my girlfriend and I had a second honeymoon phase after almost 2 years of being together. Keep in mind: The effectiveness of this product decreases with time. This is not a scientific statement but a personal observation so it might be different for others. Personally I find that I need to take about 3-4 weeks off it every two months of daily use or else my body seems to adjust to it and the effectiveness drops. Goes Well With: dextrose and caffein.

Although I am not good at taking capsules, the coating on the product made them easy to take. I have been cutting for about 10 weeks now and have noticed my pump in the gym hasn't been as full. This stuff does nothing. I’ve tried a few combos of timing and number of capsules, last night I had 5 capsules 25 min before exercise and absolutely no effect. Goes Well With: Air

After taking this , I have to convince myself that it has been one full hour in the gym and I have done 3 sets each of more than 3 different exercises, and I have done what I came to gym for. Sometimes I have to pull myself by dragging myself from my hair and its quite embarrassing infront of other people. Basically you just dont want to go home for a minimum of an hour. Take 2 pills first and see if that is enough for your weight. I weigh 70 kilos and 2 pills are enough for me. Best Pre exercise i have ever tried and i have tried many a few before.
