Good stuff, mixes well with water & milk. Tastes really good. Would buy again

I love this protein powder, I bought the Vanilla one and bought a strawberry sachet just to try another flavour too, I adore the vanilla flavoured one though it’s perfect. I only have mine with water in order to maximise my weight loss goals so I can only speak about that version of it. I started at 300ml of water per scoop and decided very quickly that I prefer 250ml per scoop for a bit of extra thickness. The powder mixes really well, there are little bits, very tiny, but if you’re used to real fruit smoothies for example, then you’re used to that, it’s not an issue.  I use water from a brita filter jug kept in my fridge as the water in my area isn’t great, but I think this enhances the drink. Good diet option for protein Goes Well With: Milk

I was recommended my protein off my daughter I have to lose a lot of weight but also my job is very active so I bought the diet protein I have lost 1.8stone in 3 weeks I feel better in myself and my sleep pattern is 100% better I would highly recommend this if you are a big person wanting to lose your weight  Goes Well With: I use it with Skimmed milk as with water it wasn't nice 

I bought this for the first time and the Salted Caramel is delicious. I had it with and without a banana added. For those saying it doesn't mix well, get yourself a petsonal blender. It blended mine down amazingly and you couldn't even tell I added the banana, no bits at all. Goes Well With: Oat milk and a banana.
