very filling
I was quite interested in trying this. First off its recommended you drink before due to the high fibre content. This is made from konjac which is used as a vegan gelatin replacement in foods so its completely natural. With only 7 calories, no carbs or fat its ideal for my low carb cycle days. It doesn't taste of anything but is fine with a bit of seasoning. It has a slightly jelly texture. Basically its great to bulk a meal out, I had it with chicken and veg and it filled me up for hours which is rare. Id definitely buy more.Goes Well With:as a rice replacement with stirfrys
