These noodles are ideal to aid in weight loss. They are thin and tasteless, however, when added to sauce taste good. I’ve been using them in a stir fry and they bulk it out and fill me up just like regular noodles. The texture is a little odd at first but you do get used to it.  Goes Well With: Stir fry

Since these noodles are extremely low in calories I expected them to be awful in taste, and yes, the smell straight out of the packet is awful.. however! Just drain and rince these babies very well, throw on a good spicy sauce and enjoy the deliciousness! They do have a very specific chew to them however that can be compared to the regular chew of any aldente noodles! Goes Well With: A flavourful sauce / stir fry

Ive tried all of the zero foods and these noodles and fettuccine are BY FAR the best. Can hardly tell they’re any different once they’re mixed in with other foods
