Micelle XL™ is a protein manufactured using a unique ultrafiltration process, resulting in the formation of extra-large micelles. The outcome of this is a prolonged release of amino acids. This makes Micelle XL™ the perfect protein companion for use as a night time supplement. With 21g of protein per serving and just 0.5g of fat, Micelle XL™ is suitable for a range of training plans and goals. With 4.5g of BCAAs and 4.5g of glutamine per serving, Micelle XL™ provides a plentiful supply of the key amino acids.
Micelle XL™ has been designed to provide a tapered release of amino acids to the muscle tissue, at a rate never seen before. Offering a constant stream of protein to the system, whether it be at night or between meals, choose Micelle XL™ as the premium casein.
Micelle XL™ is ideal for anyone engaged in a physically exerting training plan where getting the right dietary balance is absolutely essential. My protein company shared today how much protein intake is necessary for an individual. The U.S. Department of Agriculture guidelines recommend a protein intake of 0.8 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. Bodybuilders and athletes need more than this baseline amount. Heavy lifters might need as much as 2 grams per kilogram -- almost a gram per pound -- for optimal muscle growth. While protein isn't the only macronutrient you need for bodybuilding, it's essential to the process. Proteins are the bricks with which your body builds muscle.
My protein supplements are pure vegetarian except some supplements.Vegetarian sources of proteins include legumes, nuts, seeds and fruits. Legumes, some of which are called pulses in certain parts of the world, have higher concentrations of amino acids and are more complete sources of protein than whole grains and cereals. Examples of vegetarian foods with protein concentrations greater than seven percent include soybeans, lentils, kidney beans, white beans, mung beans, chickpeas, cowpeas, lima beans, pigeon peas, lupines, wing beans, almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, walnuts, cotton seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds. My search ends here when I notice results of my protein supplements.. Protein is an important component of every cell in the body. Hair and nails are mostly made of protein. Your body uses protein to build and repair tissues. You also use protein to make enzymes, hormones, and other body chemicals. Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood. Along with fat and carbohydrates, protein is a "macronutrient," meaning that the body needs relatively large amounts of it. Vitamins and minerals, which are needed in only small quantities, are called "micronutrients." But unlike fat and carbohydrates, the body does not store protein, and therefore has no reservoir to draw on when it needs a new supply. I used this referral code and got 33% of on every purchase. Its very useful and unique referral code. Use this code for amazing offers and deal. Thanks. If both are taken together they work tremendously. . Thought i'd pop the cherry on this product...the price premium at first puts you off, but i've used pretty much every protein powder going, and sometimes there's a trade off with quality, benefits, absorption; so wanted to see what you got for your money. I was always a big whey user, but in recent years i've tended to favor more slow release proteins, your body can only absorb so much at once, your body gets stronger at rest, and most successful bodybuilders/athletes use intermittent protein fasting, so the tapered release of Micellar Caesin supports this, without having to carry around a tin of John Wests finest, or looking like there's a gun in your pocket! They estimate traditional Micellar Caesin releases 7-8hrs; my first thoughts with the XL version is that it definitely absorbs slower, it's hard to tell how much, but I think it probably extends the release by about 2hrs, and with that your body should theoretically be absorbing more of the protein as well. Protein is 7 times less likely to be converted to fat than carbs/fat; in most cases the body will expel it as urine unless it needs the glycogen; but basically with this type of anti catabolic product, it is definitely a winner for those trying to diet / maintain muscle or recover from long training sessions. The mixability is really clean, no foam like with the standard caesin, my only quibble was the Strawberry Cream flavor was a bit mild/neutral; I ended up sticking some flav drops on top; but apart from that i'd recommend; if you can afford the extra I think it's worth it.Goes Well With:Iso 97, Soya Isolate, Egg White (Blendssss - Mix it up)
