Suggested Use

Add 7-10oz of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 30g, shake and consume. Use just before bedtime for optimum results, but can also be taken between meals or 2-3 times a day.

When i order a casein product i expect a protein shake that is thicker than whey in consistency when mixed. This product manages to be even thinner than whey,so the feeling full part of the product is completely non existent. Taste wise it's decent, nothing special but not terrible. I've had way worse. I got the chocolate flavour. The consistency of the product is where is falls completely flat. With the consistency of flour it sticks to everything. The inside of the scoop,your hands,your shaker bottle, everything. Be prepared to spill it all over the place if you have a blender bottle as the scoop that comes with it is comically large, that combined with the flour-like consistency spells for a complete nightmare. That being said, you get what you pay for. I just won't be paying for it again.

Myprotein has always helped be a better person than I was a day before. It helps me go that extra mile which differentiate me from others. It has never let me down. Casein is slower releasing than whey and egg based proteins making it great for use inbeteeen meals or pre bed to provide sustained levels of amino acids to keep feeding muscle tissue. I find this works better to improve my overall recovery levels and decrease muscle soreness after hard heavy workouts. It mixes to form a thicker shake than whey so note you may need to add slightly more water or milk to achieve desired consistency.
