Fantastic product for general health, cheap and easy to drink.

MegaOmega Oil is by far the best vegetarian omega oil on the market. I often suffer from sore joints in my hands following a hard workout and this really does make a difference. With a good balance of omega 3, 6 and 9, and the added benefit of evening primrose oil which apparently helps my brain, you can't go far wrong. I was worried that it might taste horrible especially as it's taken in liquid form, but it's no worse tasting than extra virgin olive oil. Even if you're not a vegetarian, I'd suggest this is a better product than regular fish/cod live oils as it is so well balanced, and better for the fish too. <B>Goes Well With:</B> A spoon.

Have to say compared to other Omega 3 oils I've had this is one of the worst tasting. Have literally had two spoonfuls out of the bottle and that will be it, will be buying something else instead. Think this is one to avoid.

MegaOmega Oil is a great tasting omega oil, with omega 3,6 and 9. It's made with flax seed oil, olive oil, pumpkin oil, hemp oil and evening primrose oil. It's really great value too, as a vegetarian I need get as much goodness as possible and this is perfect. Before this I was buying just flax seed oil in the health food shop, but this oil is much more beneficial and twice the size of the bottle, but not twice the price!

MegaOmega Oil is a great product at a competitive price. The taste compared to many omega oils is actually almost nice.
