Being a bodybuilder I recommend My protein supplements to everybody.MyProtein supplements are helpful in repairing our damaged muscles.Protein is essential for our body and tissues to repair the famaged muscles.Protein is made up of amino acids, which are the building blocks muscle tissue. Without amino acids, it would be virtually impossible for our muscle tissues to grow and repair themselves once damaged. Each protein molecule is made up of: carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, and oxygen, and it is the nitrogen that plays such an important role in the growth and repair of muscle tissue. When you have enough protein in your body, this will ensure that your body falls into an optimal positive nitrogen balance, which is also referred to as being in an anabolic state, which as we’re sure you know, means that you will be in a state to build new muscle tissues. When consuming protein, amino acids, oxygen, and other muscle-building nutrients will be rapidly delivered into the skeletal muscle tissue, ensuring that they begin to grow and repair themselves following a strenuous workout. Protein is a macronutrient which is essential for protein synthesis, which is where the body begins to synthesise new muscle proteins to replace work out and damaged ones, for example – after training sessions.
My protein supplements are genuine with no side effects. Anyone who have a dream to built muscles should use these supplements.Today we will discuss about benefits of protein in our body.Protein is in the spotlight these days, with articles touting diets high in protein and advertisements for protein powders in the media. Protein is, of course, an important building block in the body, but it is not the only building block. And furthermore, protein is made up of a variety of substances, with the result that not all protein sources are equal in value. Here are some of the facts about proteins Protein is essential to a healthy heart and a healthy body; animal sources of protein including eggs are better for you nutritionally since they contain all of the essential amino acids; as with most nutrients and vitamins, both too much and too little protein have detrimental effects on the body; and, protein cannot be stocked up like fat but must be eaten daily. Protein is the basic nutrient and plays an essential role in carrying cholesterol and preventing heart disease. The human body in its complexity needs dozens of nutritive substances. The one that stands before all others is protein, or proteins, since there is not one but hundreds of kinds of protein. Here’s what protein contributes We are literally made of protein from our bones to our muscles, arteries and veins, skin, hair, and fingernails. Our heart, brain, liver, kidneys, and lungs are built of tissue made of proteins. Proteins help carry the oxygen that reddens our blood. In the form of enzymes, proteins digest our food, synthesize essential substances, and break down waste products for elimination. When fat and carbohydrates are insufficient, proteins produce the energy we need for life. Proteins in combination with a substance called sterols form hormones, which regulate the delicate chemical changes that constantly take place within the body. The chromosomes, which pass on our characteristics to our children, include protein in their structure. Protein is needed to carry fat and cholesterol throughout the body.
My protein supplements are like a dream come true.Vegetarian sources of proteins include legumes, nuts, seeds and fruits. Legumes, some of which are called pulses in certain parts of the world, have higher concentrations of amino acids and are more complete sources of protein than whole grains and cereals. Examples of vegetarian foods with protein concentrations greater than seven percent include soybeans, lentils, kidney beans, white beans, mung beans, chickpeas, cowpeas, lima beans, pigeon peas, lupines, wing beans, almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, walnuts, cotton seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds. My protein supplements are best and genuine. Consumimg a rich protein deit helps in muscle mass.Popular belief is that in order to build muscle you must consume up to 1.0g of protein per pound of bodyweight. That might seem high to some of you, and for others it might seem too low. So, how much protein should you eat per day to build muscle? Really, it depends. Research shows that the average trainee looking to build muscle can benefit from getting between 0.6g to 1.1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. The exact amount that’s right for you will depend on your goals, genetics, and the rest of your diet, but aiming to hit between those targets should be sufficient for most people. For example, a relatively fit 180lb man should aim to consume between 108g and 198g of protein daily for muscle gain. If you are overweight and trying to reduce your body fat, I recommend that you aim to consume your target bodyweight in grams of protein. For instance, if a 225lb man wants to reduce his bodyweight to 180lbs through proper training and nutrition, he should consume a base of 180g of protein per day. At the same time, lowering your carbohydrate and fat intake is extremely important as well! On the other hand, if you are trying to gain weight, it might not be a bad idea to eat a few extra grams of protein (along with fats and carbohydrates) to get your calories up.You may have heard that consuming extra protein is a waste, and that your body stores as fat or excretes what it doesn’t use, but I beg to differ. Although this is partially true, if you are trying to put on size and weight, you need to consume extra calories, so now is not the time to nitpick nutrients – just eat!
I normally use dextrose as my post workout carb source but have had similar effects from this carb powder, i find that this maltodextrin is equally as effective at restoring depleted glycogen levels and is not sweet tasting like dextrose which means it has minimal effect on adding sweetness or flavour to whatever you add it to. 30-50 grams of this with an equal amount of whey protein and 5 grams of BCAA and 5 grams of creatine is what i find works well to provide more improved recovery from hard workouts and allow for consistent gains in lean muscle mass. To get a great discount on your order use code geoff - rdt (with no spaces in between) in capital letters, thanks again and hope this was of benefit to you :).Goes Well With:Water Whey Creatine BCAA's
I take 30g of this with my post workout protein shake when in my lean mass phase. Mixes well and although unflavoured it is slightly sweet and really cheap!Goes Well With:Whey protein.
Cheap Carbs however if you have a IBD then do not take this as it's proven to put you into remission.Goes Well With:Anyone without Inflammatory bowel disease
Great Maltodextrin at a good price. I use this Maltodextrin with Impact Whey Protein to close a carbohydrate window after the training. And it turns out good and cheaper replacement for weight gainer. As Maltodextrin sickly sweet taste, mixing it with any flavor taste Impact Whey Protein turns normal taste. So I am 100% satisfied with what it gives me to save my money.Goes Well With:Water + Impact Whey Protein
I used this carb for making my own post-workout and sometimes use a little pre-workout for a small energy boost. This product mixes well and defiantly gives my that energy boost post workout that I need, even after LEG day. Not issues with mixing, a fine powder and very high density, not sure the full scoop provided with it gives you 30g, i think its a little more. Goes Well With:Protein/Fruit Smoothies
Been using this for a few weeks now. Take it post workout with whey. Mixes well. Definitely helps. Recommend 1&1/2 scoops. Would love if I came with a big scoop instead of having to measure out a half scoop. Goes Well With:Whey
It is best carb for lean mass gaining maltadextrin is for any one who want to put extra calories in their diet I take 50 gram maltadextrin with 2 scoop of impact whey after exercise and one 30 gram maltadextrin before exercise with my bcaa and creatine and I can see difference in my muscles best for lean gaining.Goes Well With:Imapct whey, bcaa and creatine with water

A1 Product does what it says on the tin very happy.
Great way to get my carbs in on my bulk without feeling bloated all the time. I use this post workout to replace muscle glycogen and in mass gainers, good to use in my juice at breakfast also. Only thing I wouldn't recommend is mixing with water as it tastes of toothpaste in my opinion but overall great product! Goes Well With:Breakfast juice
This product is great doesn't taste of anything when mixed with a drink. Don't be put off by the massive clumps that are first left in the water they dissappear after a few minutes Goes Well With:Any drink
Such a good product. I use it before or after the gym, before to give me some energy and after to get some carbs in. I also use it to top up my macros as it's very easy to digest and weigh out. If you're worried about taste with just water, I can't taste anything and even if you can, just mix it with literally anything.. milk, whey, juice. It literally mixes with anything.Goes Well With:Anything
This is perfect for me for my carbs to add to my protein shakes, it gives me my extra energy which i need for my bodybuilding and hard trainning, and reloading on carbs, its even tasteless, i will use this all the time from now now and the price for 5kg bag is really cheap and good.Goes Well With:Carbless protein shakes or weight gainners for extra energy
I found myself very satisfied with the product, it is effective and it tastes of nothing, which is what I usually look for in unflavoured powders. The only issue is that it does not mix very well, a little bit lumpy and leaves a bit of residue behind. Overall 8/10, great product.Goes Well With:Isotonic sports drinks, fruit juice, protein shake
No taste as such, I do seem to have more energy when I am taking it, my muscles seems to last longer
Does what is says, anyone doing HIT knows just how much it takes , absolute fail on every set, nutrition and rest is the key. There is no doubt in my mind taken 60 to 90 minutes after cooling down helps my recovery, energy levels and ability to recover and be fresh for the next session and that's important if you really need to focus and have that metal attitude of yes I can do this, one more rep, which you really can't if you are fatigued both physically and mentally.. Goes Well With:Anything, I mix with A2 milk, don't know about A2 milk ? Then read up about it, good old Mr Google
