Bought the Strawberry one, it smells and tastes lush. Have a shake in the morning and after 4 HOURS, I still don't feel hungry! Other products, I've been craving real food after an hour. Highly recommend to anyone just starting their weight loss journey :)

I received the low cal meal replacement for free as a special offer when i bought another product. I wasn't expecting it to be much different to a normal whey protein but thought i would give it a go. I have it for breakfast and after training each day(i train late and don't want a huge meal after) and i have noticed a difference in the 2 weeks of using it. I used to feel hungry between breakfast and lunch and would often end up snacking, having one of these shake keeps me going through to lunch. I would recommend giving it a go if you looking to loose a bit of fat and keep you going through the day.

Love this, it tastes great and is so handy for breakfast and lunch when you don't have the time to cook :D
