Suggested Use

Consume 2 tablets, 1-2 times daily. For optimal results take 45 minutes before your workout and also post workout. One serving should be sufficient on non-training days.

These are an awesome produce and helps with good balance and muscle fuelling, the tough part is swallowing the slightly large tabs 3 times a day, but other then that highly recommended.
