Suggested Use

I tried this as I as browsing for protein powder on here. I take 3 45 minutes before the gym and sometimes 3 at bedtime. Im currently only working my upper body as I have had an ACL reconstruction....this is very new to me and historicaly I would work my lower body and concentrate on cardio. I hardly ever suffer from DOMS now and I always feel stronger every time I am at the gym. I typically train between 5 and 6 days a week. I take this along with vegan blend protein power.

I've purchased these tablets several times from MYPROTEIN and I must say THEY DO WORK. I've even had a break from them for a month just to see how id feel after a workout without them ( Man did I pay for it). I was so sore and felt battered, feeling I had no energy for my next day gym sessions. ( I still went though) . So yes, I'm back on these bad boys and they've taken effect quite quickly. I'm not sore and I'm raring to go with super energy and blast that gym to pieces 5 days a week, my recovery is great. I take 2 in the morning 2 post workout 2 before bed. Just to say people moaning about the size of these tablets MAN UP GUYS and train hard. Arrggghhhhh!

These tablets are so large and difficult to swallow. I brought a pill cutter, but they break into sharp pieces which are difficult to swallow also and then get stuck in your throat. The one time I was able to break it into manageable pieces it did help with my muscle recovery. Next time I think I will order the powder instead

I haven't been using these for long enough yet to review their efficacy, but one thing I can say is that they're really rather large and difficult to swallow. I take three tablets twice a day, I break the three in half before attempting to swallow them - otherwise it's too difficult. The don't taste of anything which is fine. I think this product would benefit massively from an enteric coating, thus making administration a far better (read: actually tolerable) experience. I'd be willing to pay slightly more for the addition if purchasing again in future. 4* overall.

Gives me that extra pump I was looking for. All my protein pill are basically the same sizes. Don't see why people moan about the size. Wonder what they are like in the gym lol

These are big, but just crunch em up, a bit chalky, so a drink is handy I dont think they have any adverse affects, I dont know if they work or do anything for a work out or build muscle, just have to see how things go with them I havent noticed any increase in muscle size or stamina yet I have tried to increase my max reps, and weights, but no change there Not sure I would buy more if they dont do anything

Great product but the only issue I had was the3 chalkiness of the tablets. I found them hard to swallow even with water and I am normally fine with large tablets. My way around this was to blend them in to a powder and add to my protein shake. It effects the taste slightly but it's not around long enough for me to worry about it.
