I have used L-carnitine before and found it fiddly when using the powdered options. This alternative was very refreshing and the taste was good considering it was only a shot. There was no bad after taste and I feel that it was a much easier way to use L-Carnitine.

Lemon is extremely sour, it's like drinking a slightly thicker lemon juice, but a little more acidic. Can't really comment on the effectiveness, but I hope sweeteners are either removed or lowered in the future.
