The iron levels in this caused me nausea daily and I had to stop taking them.

These are very big tablets, I wouldn't recommend if you have difficulty swallowing tablets. Taste fine, no after taste. Goes Well With: Water

Great product really has started to boost my energy levels 

I’ve been on the tablets roughly  2 weeks and I can feel the difference on my self I’m allot more active  packing and delivery was both good! And fast. It doesn’t taste of nothing when washed down which is good also will keep updated 

Have been taking these for a while and Myproteins supplement takes the crown. Good size to ingest, no bad taste and solid benefits for the body.
