Fantastic value for money! Strangely, my recent order of Chocolate Smooth flavour produced frothing which made it difficult to drink. To get around this after shaking, let it settle for a minute or two and the frothing will disappear.

Impact whey is high quality overall for a protein powder and works well to allow for me and clients to reach protein requirements to aid in lean muscle gains and also to preserve muscle mass when dieting with a caloric deficit to allow for muscle to be maintained whilst fat burned off as an energy source. At first i went for this in unflavoured which was palatable when combined with some sweetened soy or almond milk and was similar to a watery skimmed milk for flavour profile, overall quite neutral and easy to consume, more recently i have tried sticky toffee pudding which is a unique version with a nice flavour which i find is like a milky toffee pudding cake dessert in liquefied form, it is not too overpowering which makes it non sickly for daily use after intense HIIT or HIT weight based sessions. Overall i rate this highly as an effective powdered protein which can aid in allowing for one to add more muscle to their body and improve overall shape and symmetry as long as rest of diet and training are optimized to your personal goals for improvement. For nicer tasting shakes and if you can utilize the calories i recommend adding in some organic or regular peanut butter in the smooth version or coconut version to your shakes, flax or MCT powder also work well and further improve the taste.
