i have bought this protein in 5 different flavors,all of them were some light flavored proteins that did have minor to none difference with an unflavored protein.The worst part is the bloating after the consumsion which occurs instantly .I Have never felt like this by a protein my stomach literally aches each time im taking this protein.And it didnt do any good to my progress in training.Sorry but never again with this lower quality products...

Awesome Whey Protein, Choc Peanut Butter

I find this to be awesome whey protein, the chocolate peanut butter has been a newer addition to the range for me and i find it is awesome, it tastes great and has the chocolate and peanut blended to form a great tasting shake, it is not overpowered or artificial tasting like some other choc peanut or peanut butter whey proteins that i have tried, i feel taste is subjective and not all important for results but it is nice to have a shake that is easy to consume and something you actually enjoy. As for results this is a top end protein that has been aiding my progress in adding lean muscle over the past few months of my lean mass gain and mini fat loss phases to keep body in leaner condition than previous years. This whey protein mixes easily in water or milk without foaming or forming mini clumps / lumps which do not dissolve which is an issue i have had in the past with other powders. To further amplify the nutritionals of your shakes i recommend adding some peanut butter or almond butter in the smooth versions as these blend better i feel, instant oats also work well to thicken up the shakes and make them more of a meal replacement type product. This in chocolate peanut butter version makes some great protein pancakes when used in combo with the high protein pancake mix in chocolate or unflavoured to add in extra protein, i also mix it with greek yogurt or natural yogurt on occasion to make some awesome tasting protein pudding if stored in fridge or ice cream if freezer is used. Really high quality peanut butter that is great in both the smooth and crunchy options, smooth works better i feel as an addition to shakes to add awesome peanut butter flavour and also increase nutrient content by adding in calories from clean fats and protein, this mixes great with impact whey in chocolate peanut butter or chocolate brownie flavour to make for a do it yourself lean mass gaining shake, if you need more calories you can add in some coconut oil or mct powder and some flax or chia seeds, all work well to further amplify nutrition of your protein shakes and smoothies. The crunchy version works better i feel when added to some high protein porridge, or spread on top of protein brownies or pancakes the texture of this version is improved by the chunkiness of crunchy pieces which improve overall flavour. If you are looking for a better quality purer than store bought nut butter this is a viable option and works well but most of all tastes great which makes consuming it on a regular basis to add calories easy. Be warned though consumption is self limiting and this is very moreish as a food source and very easy to overeat which is why i have to refrain from adding it into my fat loss phases because i cannot resist the temptation of adding it to shakes or eating it with a spoon. Banana flavour is literally perfect for me, I'll be able to drink this with water or milk for a long time, usually other flavours from other brands I'll get sick off having, but MyProtein has done a great job to get this impact whey out with amazing flavours, totally recommend it. I'm terms of, how effective it is, honestly these past few weeks I've been taking my whey regularly and it has been really giving me that extra strength I need and making me look fuller but guys don't forget about natural food, that's where it's all at, it's good to have whey protein to give you that extra lil bit of strength and fullness along with food.

I had the Apple crumble with custard thing flavor. And it kind of tasted a little sweet, but it was alright. it does its job. I would recommend to put a little more water than recommended to take some of the sweetness off the shake.

This is an effective muscle building protein that works well with a structured diet and training plan to allow for progressive improvements to be made in muscle mass and strength, whey protein also has benefits which can improve overall cholesterol levels for the better and lead to fat loss due to the thermogenic nature of protein as a macronutrient, i find this to be an essential product when dieting for fat loss and aiming to retain as much lean muscle as possible. I tend to use up to 200 grams of this protein powder per day when following a modified protein sparing muscle fast with added omega 3 fish oils and greens as well as alpha men for optimal health. I have experimented with high doses of protein e.g. up to 380 - 400 grams per day to see if it was possible for me to gain any fat mass from being in a caloric surplus but i noticed no negative weight increase and was able to maintain body fat despite being in a surplus of 800 calories from protein alone without altering carb or fat macro intake. This whey protein tastes ok in unflavoured like watery skimmed milk, but if you want something more enjoyable then i would recommend you go for chocolate brownie, cookies and cream or chocolate mint, all of these are nice decent flavours which can be utilized on a daily basis without becoming boring and you having to force them down just to get in the required protein.
