It’s fast absorbing, so we recommend enjoying 30-60 mins post-workout, but it’s also great for drinking any time of the day.

Add to milk or water, or try it out with your favourite smoothies or porridge at breakfast times for a protein-packed treat. Check out The Zone for some meal inspirations.

For even better results, try it with…

Creatine Monohydrate – it’s proven to increase physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise* – ideal for improving strength and power.

*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of creatine.

My protein supplements have an extraordinary results.Protein forms the building blocks of muscles. Therefore, it seems logical that eating more protein would help you build more of them.Perhaps not surprisingly, numerous studies show that eating plenty of protein can help increase muscle mass and strength. If you're physically active, lifting weights, or trying to gain muscle and strength, then you need to make sure that you're getting enough protein.Keeping protein high can also help prevent muscle loss when your body is in a catabolic state, such as during weight loss

I love peanut butter and love the smooth chocolate so I thought these flavours would go well together but they didn't. Will not be buying this again. Tried it with milk and with water but still didn't change the taste. Not a nice flavour!

My protein supplements are simply the best in all over the world. Best time to take protein is one of the times that your body is in need of it the most is immediately following a workout since your body starts to heal the muscle right after a workout, taking protein at that time will give the body the fuel it needs to heal and grow.Following your workout it's a good idea to take in small meals containing high protein in about three to four hour intervals, thereby providing your muscles with a constant supply of protein to help your muscles heal. It is also vital to take in a protein drink or a slow burning protein (such as cottage cheese) before you go to bed therefore providing your muscles with protein, since your body will be slowly depleted of protein as you sleep. Breakfast is a key meal as well, because your body awaits nourishment after sleeping for 8-12 hours. One of the best tips of advice I can give you though, is to eat consistently, day in and day out.Conclusioone of the times that your body is in need of it the most is immediately following a workout since your body starts to heal the muscle right after a workout, taking protein at that time will give the body the fuel it needs to heal and grow.

My protein supplements are genuine and guaranteed results. My protein supplements are good after a workout is one of the best time to get protein into the body so that the protein can be delivered to your muscles, to begin healing the micro tears i.e very small tears in the muscle tissue, caused by intense contraction of the muscle during workout in the muscle.Because solid food takes more time to digest and to break down the protein and send it to the muscles, it can be best to take a protein shake immediately following a workout, since protein shakes only take about thirty minutes to reach the muscle after ingestion.we can see the advantage to taking a protein.Whey protein has become a favorite supplement for those seeking to put on muscle and enhance their physiques as well as improve their health. In order to decipher which protein is best for a particular need, typically one would use a specific gauge of some sort to determine which protein to use.

My protein supplements comes in many varieties and all varieties have their own work in our body. Protein comes from a variety of sources, including meat, milk, fish, soy, and eggs, as well as beans, legumes, and nut butters. When proteins are digested, they leave behind amino acids, which the human body needs.Whey, a high quality protein source naturally found in milk, is a complete protein and contains all of the amino acids your body needs. In general, proteins derived from animal sources like milk, eggs & meat are complete, but your body’s ability to use the protein varies. Discount referral code above. THANKS

My protein supplements with amazing products and discount.Proteins are also used to manufacture hormones, enzymes, cellular messengers, nucleic acids, and immune-system components. Without adequate protein, our bodies can't put together the structures that make up every cell, tissue, and organ, nor can it generate the biochemical substances needed for cardiovascular function, muscle contraction, growth, and healing. Without an adequate amount of protein our muscles wouldn't heal up as quickly and could therefore lead to overtraining your muscle which could lead to injury. Genuine referral code. It will work and sure you will get amazing discount.

Myprotein has come a long way in the past few years. Proteins are the primary building blocks of the body. They’re used to build tissues like muscle, tendon, organ, and skin, as well as many other molecules vital to life such as hormones, enzymes, and various brain chemicals.Proteins are comprised of smaller molecules known as amino acids, which are linked together in a long chain that can be molded into different shapes. Our body can produce twelve of the amino acids needed to form protein molecules, but it must get nine others from protein in the food we eat. The former are known as nonessential amino acids and the latter essential amino acids. Use referral code for good deals. Thanks.

Brilliant - But not the Sticky Toffee Pudding

Overall:

4

I've had a number of flavors in this particular protein, in all they are really good. Vanilla Raspberry and Chocolate Orange have been the favourites to date. Everything so far has definitely proved to not only taste nice but also do the job it's meant to do as well. I would have to say to avoid the Sticky Toffee Pudding at all costs though. I was enticed by the flavour as I'm only human, but my god was I disappointed from the first sip and it didn't stop there. It tastes bang average but not much like Sticky Toffee Pudding, but smells like a pair of running shoes that you have forgotten about in your gym bag and left in the boot of your car from the time you did that bit of cardio the week before your summer holiday. All in all, buy this protein, but avoid Sticky Toffee Pudding.

I been using protein powder now for about a year. I started of with maxi but didn't get much results. I then see everyone in the gym with my protien shakers/clothing so I though " let's see what it's about " and boy am I happy I did! Started off with the diet impact whey, that and intense cardio help me shred some weight. I lost a lot of weight since and now on " Impact whey " on my 4th pouch, i have got some good mussles growing now. Would deffo recommend this to anybody plus there's loads of flavours that I'm still going through ( Just because I love the different tastes )
